Fresh off of a performance at the WHYY Connections Festival at Penn’s Landing, KeyStone is pleased to announce two great shows coming in October! First, we are incredibly honored and flat out excited to be serving as the opening act for The Bobs at Melodies Cafe (formerly MilkBoy Coffee) in Ardmore, PA, on Wednesday, October 16th beginning at 8:00 PM.
The Bobs are true pioneers in contemporary a cappella singing. Their career spans over thirty years (and there are still 2 original members in the group!). Their cover of The Beatles’ “Helter Skelter” was nominated for a Grammy, and they have been seen on TV and on concert stages all over the world. Quirky original songs fill the bulk of their repertoire, with the occasional outside-of-the-box cover song. The Bobs are on the road this fall promoting their newest album, Biographies. We are looking forward to returning again to Melodies and enjoying live performances of these great new tunes! (The song about Nikola Tesla is Tom’s favorite, while Jamie favors their classic song “spontaneous human combustion”).

We are confident that this show will be standing-room only, so we recommend buying a ticket in advance before it sells out. In the event that there are seats left on the day of, Melodies accepts cash only at the door. Bobs swag will also be available, cash or charge!
Then, a mere two days later on October 18th, KeyStone will be headlining an evening of a cappella at The Hard Rock Cafe, Philadelphia on Market Street beginning at 8 PM. Joining us will be the Penn Sirens and the Penny Loafers from the University of Pennsylvania. It’s a whole night of a cappella goodness complete with great food and great atmosphere in the heart of Center City!
Tickets available HERE or at the door.
